Prices in the following packages are valid up to and including December 22th 2010
- For the high season package rates, ad to the above mentioned prices: $15 per person per night for the condos and $10 per person per night for the residences.
- Children 12 and under stay for free.
- Free access to the following activities (according to the season): walking trails, boardwalk, biking, tennis, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, skating, sliding.
- Rates for packages in a Deluxe condo or a Deluxe residence are per person per night and are based on maximum occupancy mentioned with each package.
- For each additional person over the age of twelve add $50 per person per night.
- Residences and condos are available starting at 4 pm on check-in day and must be vacated by 11 am the day of departure.
- A 30% deposit is required when making the reservation and is non-refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days before arrival date.
- Our deluxe condos and residences are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, satellite TV, DVD player and sound system.
- Our deluxe residences have 2 or 3 bedrooms. One deluxe residence has 5 bedrooms.
- Our deluxe condos have one bedroom with King-size bed plus sofa-bed in the living room.
